Texas Drifter On The Go Services is a disabled veteran-owned and operated, on-the-go service dedicated to making life’s important moments easier. Finding a notary when you need one can be difficult—let me take that off your hands. I come to you to sign and notarize your documents, ensuring everything is handled with care, accuracy, and professionalism.

In addition to notary services, I offer ministry services including weddings and funerals. I proudly perform weddings for any and all, including those others may consider non-traditional, with respect, dignity, and compassion.

I am also a licensed and highly trained security guard. With years of training and experience from my military service.

What is Texas Drifter On The Go Services?

Texas Drifter Mobile Notary and Ministry Services is a notary business that provides legal services such as notarizing documents, certifying copies, and administering oaths.

What types of documents can you notarize?

I can notarize various types of documents, including affidavits, power of attorney, deeds, contracts, and more.

What do I need to bring to get a document notarized?

You will need to bring a valid government-issued ID, the document to be notarized, and any other necessary paperwork or forms.

What religion does your ministry service support?

I am ordained through the Universal Life Church and treat all religions equally and with respect. I will perform services for any religion.

Will you do graveside services for animals?

Yes, I will perform funeral services for animals. I do not provide the preparation of the animals or the burial; I will come sit with the family and provide comforting words. The rate for animal services will be cheaper than human services.

Where in Texas do you travel to?

For notary services, I am available to travel up to 200 miles from Snook, Texas. Travel beyond 60 miles is subject to an additional mileage fee, which will be added to the standard signing fee.

For ministry and security services, I am available to travel anywhere within the state of Texas. Travel beyond 60 miles from Snook, Texas is subject to an additional mileage fee added to the service fee, and travel beyond 200 miles will require a lodging fee in addition to the mileage and service fees.

Do you work on the weekends?

Yes; however, it by appointment only. To make an appointment, fill out the contact link below or you can call or text the phone number.

For notary services an appointment will need to be requested at least 2 hours in advance.

For ministry and security services an appointment will need to be requested at least 2 weeks in advance.

Do you work on holidays?

No, I take federal and state holidays off and certain holidays will also include the day before and/or after. I will always make sure that my booking calendar will relay which days I am unavailable.

Do you have a venue to use for weddings?

Yes, we have access to Rockin' C's Ranch which located on the Brazos River and has a vinyard, platform that can be setup and decorated for the ceremony, and a bar that can used for the reception. It is an outdoor venue. Cost to use this venue depends on the day of week, call for estimates and to view the venue..

About The Owner

Garrett J. Hubbard

I am a former firefighter who attended the Fire Academy at Lone Star College in 2013. I proudly served as both a career and volunteer firefighter through 2025. In addition, I am a U.S. Army National Guard Veteran, having served as a Construction Engineer from 2014 until my honorable discharge in 2024.

I am a commissioned Public Notary (Commission No. 135541781), an Ordained Minister through the Universal Life Church (2025), and I hold an Unarmed Security Guard License (License No. 176747301).

I earned my Bachelor’s Degree in Emergency Management and Disaster Prevention from American Military University, where I also studied world religions. My military service provided me with extensive training in security, discipline, and attention to detail. I further strengthened my experience by working as a Fire and Life Safety Technician for three years.

Living on the Broke and Grumpy Homestead has reinforced the importance of discipline, resilience, and serving others with integrity. All of this experience and knowledge allows me to provide dependable, professional, and compassionate service tailored to your needs.

I understand firsthand how difficult it can be to find reliable services during life’s most important and sensitive moments. When a family member was ill, we needed a mobile notary to come to her bedside in the hospital. When I married my high school sweetheart—the love of my life—we struggled to find a minister for our ceremony. Those experiences inspired me to pursue this path in self-employment so I can be there for others when they need someone trustworthy and professional.

I am available Monday - Thursday between 9:00 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. and Friday - Sunday as my schedule allows. Official office hours are posted for my business, and I also work by appointment outside of those hours as needed.
